Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities: 5–7 business days

• Remote/Outstation Locations: 7–10 business days

In rare cases, delivery might take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, natural disasters, or courier delays.

Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted third-party courier partners. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers will be provided with an order tracking ID and a link to track their shipment status in real time.

Non-Delivery

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the order will be marked as undeliverable and returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or issue a refund as per our Refund Policy.
